Harriet moved to New York City in 1990 for school and work . Upon her return to Ontario in 1994, she began to manage different salons in the Southern Ontario area.
In 1996 Harriet was promoted as an Artistic Trainer for PREMIER SALON INTERNATIONAL INC.,through the Paul Mitchell advisor certification program. Harriet has taken classes taught by Scott Cole, Artistic Director for Paul Mitchell, and Robert Cromeans the Paul Mitchell Global Artistic Director.
Harriet opened Ethan James Salon & Spa as the final step in a life-long dream in 2005. Harriet has continued to hone her craft by continuing to upgrade, train, and achieving certificates in her field of passion, including Aesthetic. In 2009 Harriet went back to school and completed teacher's college at Brock University. Harriet has a wealth of experience and wisdom when it comes to hair and also spends time to learn the latest trends to stay with the latest fashions. Harriet will be happy to answer any of your question, or find the answer you are seeking.
